These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of solezaa.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Solezaa (“Solezaa,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations in materials or finishes may occur. Sizing can vary between styles; please review the product page and our Size Guide before ordering. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete or current.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, products and availability may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product, even after the order has been submitted. If your payment has been charged for an order we cancel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any lawful reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted when it ships. We may limit quantities purchased per person, household or order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, at the time you place it.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by Solezaa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
