Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes confirming your order and preparing it for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available. If your order contains more than one item, items may arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@solezaa.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
Late or missing packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can’t find it, email us with your order number and we’ll help look into it.
